From 2019 to 2021, Dr. Al-Mohammed was the Dean of the College of Health and Rehabilitation Sciences at Princess Nourah bint Abdul Rahman University. Prior to that, she was the Head of the Radiological Sciences Department at the same university from 2015 to 2019 and 2012 to 2014. Between 2009 and 2015, she served as a Senior Medical Physicist (Radiation Oncology) at King Faisal Specialist Hospital & Research Centre in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
