He completed his M.Sc. in Climatology at the same university in 2005, with a thesis on the positioning of jet streams during the rainy months in western Iran. Dr. Khoorani began his academic journey with a B.Sc. in Urban Geography from Tarbiat Moallem (Kharazmi) University, Tehran, in 2002.
