His research interests include CAD/CAM, Additive Manufacturing, Mechatronics, Industrial Automation, and Robotics. Prof. Dr. R. Suresh has received several honors and awards for his contributions to research, including the ‘Annual Exemplary Faculty-Research 2020’ Award from Ramaiah University of Applied Sciences, Bangalore. He has made significant contributions to the field through his publications and has a notable record of research grants and consultancy work. Currently, he serves as a Professor at M. S. Ramaiah University of Applied Sciences, Bangalore, where he continues to inspire and mentor students in the field of mechanical engineering.
