Yuqiang Yang is a Level 3 Professor and Ph.D. Supervisor at Guangdong Ocean University, specializing in Electronic Science and Technology. Born in June 1977 in Dezhou, Shandong, he is a member of the Han ethnicity and the Communist Party of China (CPC). Prof. Yang’s academic journey began with a Bachelor’s degree in Physics from Northeast Normal University, followed by an M.S. in Optics and a Ph.D. in Physical Electronics from Harbin Institute of Technology. With a profound dedication to photoelectric detection, he has made significant contributions to the fabrication of optical fiber photonic devices and fiber-optic sensors.

Prof. Yang completed his Ph.D. in Physical Electronics at Harbin Institute of Technology (2005-2009). He earned his M.S. in Optics from the same institution (2002-2004) and a Bachelor’s degree in Physics from Northeast Normal University (1998-2002).
