He is dedicated to advancing modern resource management techniques in industry, with a particular emphasis on energy audits and energy-saving strategies that align with global sustainability goals.

Dr. Kapanski has received several prestigious honors throughout his career, showcasing the impact of his research in energy efficiency. Notably, he was awarded the Presidential Scholarship of Belarus for his scientific contributions in 2018. He also received the Gomel Regional Executive Committee Award for Energy Efficiency Research in 2016, recognizing his outstanding work in the field. Additionally, Dr. Kapanski was named the winner of the Best Scientific Work Contest among Young Researchers at Gomel State Technical University in 2016, further highlighting his early achievements in energy research.

Dr. Kapanski has accumulated extensive professional experience in both academia and research. He has been an Associate Professor at Gomel State Technical University since 2021, teaching and mentoring students in the Department of Power Supply. His leadership role as Deputy Dean for Research in the Faculty of Energy has allowed him to guide research initiatives and contribute to the development of the university’s energy research. Prior to his current roles, Dr. Kapanski served as an assistant in the Department of Power Supply from 2011 to 2012, laying the foundation for his academic career.
