💼 Experience 

Ms. Hemadri Bandhu is currently a Research Scholar at the Semiconductor Devices Lab, IIT Kanpur. Since August 2020, she has been actively engaged in the lithography-free fabrication of phase change materials using thin film deposition and Direct Laser Writing (DLW). Her research includes the characterization and demonstration of oxide-based materials for electronic and optical device applications. She is skilled in advanced fabrication techniques including DC/Pulsed DC/RF Sputtering and e-beam evaporation, as well as in a wide array of characterization tools such as Raman spectroscopy, Hall measurements, and infrared imaging.
