Sushmita Sarkar is an Assistant Professor specializing in Solar PV Arrays with 12 years of experience. She holds a Master’s in Power and Energy System and is pursuing her Ph.D. in Power and Energy Systems from VTU. Sushmita has guided 24 projects at the UG/PG level and has been awarded three times for the best project. She has worked on consultancy projects and research grants, including the Suryamitra project and the High-Performance Self-cleaning solar PV microgrid project, for which she has filed a patent. She has also explored the impact of pollutants on solar panel performance in tropical countries.
