Dr. Selmi received her Doctorate in Electronics from the Faculty of Sciences, Monastir, in 2024. She previously earned a Master’s in Professional Radiocommunication from ISSAT Sousse in 2010, after completing her engineering diploma in teleinformatics from ISITCOM Hammam Sousse in 2011. Her foundational academic training began with a Maîtrise in Computer Science from ISSAT Sousse in 2007. These academic milestones laid the groundwork for her multidisciplinary contributions in computing, neural networks, and intelligent systems.

Her professional career spans over 15 years, beginning as an instructor at the Sousse training center in 2006. She then taught at the University of Sousse until 2011 before joining Taibah University in Saudi Arabia. More recently, from 2022 to 2024, she served as a contractual teaching fellow and doctoral researcher at ISI Mahdia, Tunisia.
