Bassant’s professional experience includes roles as a Research Assistant at the National Telecom Regulatory Authority (NTRA) from July 2018 to July 2020, where she implemented a machine learning core in heterogeneous cell systems and proposed a framework to solve challenges in channel state information feedback. From August 2020 to July 2021, she served as a Research Assistant at the Information Technology Industry Development Agency (ITIDA), where she developed a meta-learning framework to improve communication system accuracy. Since September 2019, she has been a Teaching Assistant at E-JUST, assisting in classroom management, lesson delivery, and tutoring students.
